Our cuisine and preparation of our dishes are based on Cretan olive oil, in our local meat, fish and seafood, the local vegetables, fruits, and dairy products.
With wine, raki, raki with honey, honey, all made by us for an authentic traditional Cretan cuisine. Special dishes such as the spaghetti with lobster, the soup, the stuffed squid and the Cretan pilaf (rice as served at Cretan weddings).
