SOUHLIS - TAVERN AT LAKE KOURNAS, Chania Crete.
In our tavern you will find: lamb chops, dairy products (such as yogurt and fresh cheese), wine, olive oils - all of which are our production.

In the area Mouri, of Apokoronas, overlooking the beautiful lake Kournas, just 3 km from Georgioupolis and the picturesque village Kournas is the tavern "Souchlis".

Built with great care over the lake perch and the high mountains which surround it.

Here you can find traditional, fresh Cretan dishes, made with much love from Helen, and grill roasted meats.

The traditional Cretan hospitality and service from the smiling staff will make your stay a great pleasure, any time of day and moonlit nights, while watching the magnificent lake Kournas from our veranda.

There is still a large store with items of Cretan folk art, textiles, souvenirs, etc.

The event hall is devoted to folklore, weddings, banquets and other events. It can accommodate up to 200 people.
