Catering
The wedding reception venue you choose should be selected carefully. You should select the type of cuisine (Greek, French, Italian, Chinese, etc.) and ask for a sample menu of the food. If possible, it would not be a bad idea to try the food that they provide tasting the different menus thus making your final choice easy. Make sure the venue provides all the chairs, tablecloths, etc. Ask if the cost includes the cost of the food.
The program if not to be undertaken by you, must be well organized and run smoothly with perfect timing from timing the cutting of the cake with the arrival of the bride and groom to the time the first dishes are served. Do not forget to consult with them about the selection of drinks and whether individual tables will be served or if their will be a large buffet.
